  • Meet the Chair

As a proud graduate of Georgetown’s School of Medicine class of 1993, I am honored to now serve as Chair of the Medical Alumni Board (MAB). After three years of experiencing the challenge of connecting in person, I realized how precious and important our relationships are with each other and our beloved school. Georgetown’s commitment to foster a life-long community is what inspired me to accept the opportunity to prioritize and optimize our ability to connect with each other and make positive impacts on future generations of doctors, which ultimately is our legacy.

There are many ways for alumni to get involved with the Medical School. The Office of Advancement is a great place to start if you’re looking for opportunities to volunteer, you can sign up to be host for the Dine with a Doc program, participate in student mentoring programs such as CURA, sponsor a white coat, get involved with the MAB leadership, and so much more. Please do not hesitate to reach out to gumcengagement@georgetown.edu or to me at dsk5@georgetown.edu for more information.

Life Updates

Whether you have moved, started a new job, authored a book, or reached another milestone, there are several ways to inform the Hoya community.

  • In Memoriam List

Georgetown mourns the loss of its sons and daughters. The “In Memoriam” page pays homage to fellow Hoyas who have recently passed away.

If you notice a classmate is missing from the list, or if you would like to notify us of a classmate who has recently passed away, please email alumnirelations@georgetown.edu.

If you would like to submit a personal message, you may also submit a Class Note request. All information will be verified by Georgetown University before your note is published.

  • Lost List

We’ve lost touch with some of our classmates and we’d love to reconnect. View the Lost List and let us know if you have any information to help us reach out to our Hoya friends by sending an email to alumnirelations@georgetown.edu.
