Neil Grosscup is the CEO and Managing Director of Collina Brands LLC and Collina Hospitality LLC, focusing on building world-class hospitality venues that support iconic spirits brands. Neil is the former CEO and Master Blender of Tanteo Tequila, a leader in 100% agave-infused tequilas which was acquired by Ole Smoky Distilling in July 2023.

Grosscup grew up in Minneapolis, where he was active in both his church and on the track team. He attended Georgetown University, where he obtained a B.A. in Theology while competing on the university’s nationally ranked Track and Field team.

In 2010, Grosscup began his journey at Tanteo as an unpaid intern, before being promoted to Director of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and eventually CEO in March 2014. Grosscup’s disciplined approach to brand building allowed the company to grow year after year, culminating in the sale to Ole Smoky in 2023.

Grosscup lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two children.
