Mandy is a founding senior attorney at Optimal Counsel LLP, a boutique law firm specialized in helping startups and emerging companies navigate the legal and business challenges of launching, growing, and scaling their ventures. Optimal provides first class, but affordable and approachable legal counsel to innovative entrepreneurs who are shaping the future. Over the course of her practice, Mandy has successfully closed dozens of angel and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and complex corporate transactions.

As a Silicon Valley native, Mandy knew early on that she wanted to focus her legal career on emerging companies. She began her legal career at Cooley LLP in the Silicon Valley and during law school, she spent a summer working in-house at Gigamon, a cloud security company in Santa Clara, California.
