Jessica Srikantia Field, Ph.D., is a Rhodes Scholar, certified leadership (ICF) and team (EMCC) coach, and academic director & associate professor of practice at the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University, with degrees from Harvard, Oxford, and The University of Chicago. Jessica has conducted award-winning global fieldwork with extraordinary leaders and communities facing extreme conditions and structural violence.
