Eric Schwartz is a partner at Canapi Ventures where he is responsible for leading strategic investor relations, portfolio company services, and operations.

‍Prior to Canapi, Schwartz led the Strategy and Optimization practice for the Americas at Promontory Financial Group. In that capacity, he and the team advised fintechs and other non-banks with their business, regulatory, and risk strategies. 

Earlier in his career, Schwartz was a founding employee and manager at IntraFi, a fintech specializing in innovative investment and cash-management products for the banking and brokerage industries. Schwartz earned a B.S.B.A in finance from Georgetown University.
