With extensive operating, capital markets and start-up experience, Dustin’s commitment to leading the mining industry toward better, more environmentally sustainable mining solutions is at the heart of Novamera’s mission. Prior to co-founding Novamera Inc., Dustin served as President, CEO and Director of Anaconda Mining Inc. (TSX-ANX), where he grew its Newfoundland footprint, expanded operations to Nova Scotia and built a profitable, sustainable company with a reputation as a responsible community member. Dustin was also a founding member and director of North American Limestone Corporation, a private developer and operator of limestone quarries, and CFO of Elgin Mining (formerly TSX-PHC) where he was integral to its growth from private enterprise to publicly-listed company. As a Certified Public Accountant, Georgetown University (BSBA) and Columbia Business School (MBA) alum, Dustin also brings a comprehensive background in finance to the table, having served as Vice-President of energy-focused private equity fund, MHI Energy Partners, and Principal at New York City’s Waller Capital Corporation.
