Dominique Taylor brings more than 20 years of experience shaping and executing human resources strategies across technology, healthcare, media, education, and consulting. She has a proven track record of designing innovative talent initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent, while aligning with business goals and fostering inclusive, high-performance cultures.

Most recently, Dominique served as Senior Vice President of People at FiscalNote, a publicly traded software, data, and media company headquartered in Washington, D.C. There, she led the global people strategy and drove meaningful improvements in employee engagement. Prior to FiscalNote, she was Chief People Officer at Veho, a high-growth shipping and logistics company, where she restructured and strengthened the People function to support rapid expansion. She also served as Chief People Officer at Axios, a digital media company, where she built an award-winning HR department that enhanced the employee experience and significantly increased engagement.

Earlier in her career, Dominique led the Talent and Culture function at 1776, a global startup incubator, where she advised entrepreneurs worldwide on building strong and inclusive workplace cultures. Before that, she helped scale EverFi, an education technology company, by building its People function from the ground up.

Dominique began her career as a workforce management consultant at the Advisory Board Company, where she developed deep expertise in organizational strategy and talent development.

A proud Hoya, Dominique earned her B.S. in Business Management with a minor in Psychology from Georgetown University. She is passionate about helping leaders and organizations unlock their potential through people-centered strategies that drive both growth and impact.
