Alex is the Chief of Staff at Keep Company, where she focuses on go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and strategic growth, working closely with the founders to scale impact and accelerate growth.

Prior to joining Keep Company, Alex was a Principal at Purple Sage Ventures, where she helped identify and support the next wave of extraordinary founders for the firm’s portfolio. She led the investment committee and built relationships with other funders, accelerators, and partners committed to democratizing access to capital. Alex is passionate about early-stage startups and continues to mentor founders, helping them refine their pitch and navigate the fundraising process.

Earlier in her career, Alex served as Chief of Staff to the CEO at HiredScore (acquired by Workday), an AI-driven HR tech company supporting the Fortune 500. She advised the executive team on strategic partnerships and implemented best-in-class processes to drive operational excellence.

Alex graduated with honors from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, earning a certificate from the Walsh School of Foreign Service.
