The discussion covered many topics at the center of marketing’s breakthroughs and challenges today including technology expansion and digital innovation, branding, cross-platform synergies, partnerships, Customer Relationship Management (CRM,) the new realities of monetization, and the elusive but inevitable emergence of mobile as a dominant platform.

The panelists also reflected on the influence Georgetown has had in their careers and their advice to those starting or moving into new roles in marketing today. After a brief but provocative Q+A session with the audience, speakers and guests continued their discussion and reminisced at a reception on the hotel’s Garden Patio.
