GEMA Hoyas in Letters DC Writers Workshop

The Georgetown Entertainment & Media Alliance (GEMA) Hoyas in Letters is launching an ongoing writers workshop where we will be bringing together those who have a passion for writing, whether professionally or as a hobby, on a regular basis. We will meet every other month and discuss a specific topic or have a guest author alum speak, followed by time to share and give feedback on each other’s writing (the “workshop” part). There’s no fee or registration; think of it like a book club, but for writing and with interesting guests!

Based on initial feedback, we are planning for the second event to have a virtual option and expanded capacity, but for the initial meeting, space is limited and will be in-person only.
