Reproducing Racism: How Everyday Choices Lock In White Advantage explains why racial inequality will persist even when all intentional discrimination has ceased. The book argues that racial disparities have become self-reinforcing because “positive feedback loops” reproduce racial advantage. Roithmayr discusses ways to dismantle these feedback loops, by restructuring the way we distribute wealth, power and material benefits.
