Commemorative Bricks and Caricatures

There are a number of ways you can support the Georgetown University Alumni Association and leave your mark on Georgetown through a gift to the Alumni House, your alumni “home away from home.”

Show your support for your alma mater with a commemorative brick for the courtyard. In recognition of your gift of $500 to the Alumni Association Services Gift Fund, we will personalize and install a brick for you at the Georgetown University Alumni House.

Your $500 tax-deductible gift will provide support for the Alumni Associations projects and programming.

Reserve your brick

Many alumni, parents, and friends have already given limited-edition bricks, which can accommodate three lines of text. Your brick can celebrate a birthday, graduation, or other occasion; leave a lasting message about the university; or honor a classmate, family member, or anyone who shaped your Georgetown experience.

Your message must fit in the space provided:

• Fourteen characters per line, including spaces and punctuation.
• Three lines per brick.
• Georgetown reserves the right to edit text prior to brick production.

Join the Wager Alumni House Winter Garden Room Wall with a caricature of yourself or someone important to your Georgetown experience: a friend, professor, staff member, or Jesuit.

The walls of the Winter Garden Room are decorated with more than 160 caricatures of Georgetown alumni, faculty, friends, and parents. This room illustrates alumni passion and loyalty to Georgetown as well as individual personalities and interests. Your donation of $15,000 to the Alumni Association Services Gift Fund, which can be paid in increments of $3,000 per year over five years, entitles you to one caricature on a Winter Garden Room wall.
