Title:Covering the Race for the White House Virtual Panel

The 2020 presidential election is like no other in history. Members of the Georgetown community joined us for a discussion between top political journalists and news industry executives as they discuss what it’s like covering this historic election – what they’ve seen so far and what they see happening as we get to November.

Panelists provided their insights about the election, what it entails to cover it and what the next months look like and the challenges faced by journalists, news organizations and the candidates.

This discussion is co-sponsored by the Georgetown Institute of Politics and Public Service and the Georgetown Entertainment and Media Alliance. Current members of the Georgetown University community and Georgetown University alumni should fill out this form to receive a Zoom link. This conversation will be streamed online for external audiences.
