Club of Japan: Intercollegiate Hanami (Cherry blossom viewing)

Hello Hoyas!

Intercollegiate Hanami (Cherry blossom viewing) is back! This event is our first Hanami in three years and is open to Georgetown Alumni Club family and friends.
Hanami this year will be co-led by Georgetown University Alumni Club of Japan and Yale University Alumni Club in Japan. We will have several university alumni clubs participate including Yale, Columbia, Princeton, UC Schools, etc.

Event details

Date: Saturday, April 1st, 2023
If it rains, backup date is Sunday, April 2nd
Time: 10:00~15:00
You are free to come and go. Please drop by whenever you can.
Location: Komaba Park – Round lawn in front of building.
Look for the Georgetown banner!
Sign up: Not required but would help us to see how many people plan to show up.
-We will have some soft drinks and snacks available
-We recommend you bring food and drinks to share (we will provide plates, utensils, napkins, cups)
-Please help with trash (if you can bring some back with you, that would be extremely helpful)
