Recipient of the 2024 Patrick Healy Scholarship

Issac Hawkins is a sophomore at Georgetown University, and plans to study International Politics—concentrating in International Law—at the Walsh School of Foreign Service, with a minor in Government. Hawkins, a Maryland native, attended Calvert Hall College High School in Towson. 

As he grew up outside Baltimore, he fostered a deep love for sports—including baseball, which he continues to play even as he explores interests in ultimate frisbee and bass clarinet. 

He is very excited and happy to continue another year at Georgetown.
