Meet Miranda

Miranda Holder is a leadership and career coach and founder of Holder & Co., LLC. Miranda specializes in helping clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or restless in their careers, and who want to become a stronger, better version of their professional selves but don’t know how to make that happen. Her clients want to do more fulfilling, impactful work that more fully utilizes their skills and abilities.

Holder has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Wellesley College, a Master of Science in Sports Leadership from Northeastern University, and a Certification in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). As a former Division I collegiate head coach, U.S. National Team coach, and yoga instructor, she brings unique experiences to her work in leadership and professional development. She is a Certified Narrative Coach, Integrative Development practitioner, and Leadership Circle Profile practitioner. She lives with her family in Vermont.

Coaching Session Fee Structure

Pricing is dependent on the coaching scope. Miranda offers a no-fee, no-obligation introductory consultation for any prospective clients to gauge the fit for both her and the client.
All Georgetown alumni will receive a 5% pricing discount for the below coaching services. GOLD Alumni receive an additional 5% discount.
