She developed the Embodied Intelligence Method, a proprietary, science-backed approach that helps clients identify what's keeping them stuck and move forward decisively. The Embodied Intelligence Method transforms how leaders perceive, decide, and act by blending applied neuroscience, athletic principles, ancient wisdom, and cutting-edge change practices in a practical, results-oriented framework.

Miranda brings a unique combination of expertise. She addresses both the practical aspects of career transitions and the deeper work of understanding what brings fulfillment and success. Her extensive background in leadership and narrative coaching helps clients recognize their strengths and craft compelling stories for themselves and future opportunities.

As a former elite-level rower, collegiate head coach, and assistant U.S. National Team coach, Miranda brings an elite performance mindset and results orientation to her work. Her lifelong practice and research in embodied approaches helps clients become more present, aware, and confident throughout their transition process. Coaching Fee Structure

Pricing is dependent on the coaching scope, 15% discount for Georgetown alumni, 5% additional for GOLD alumni
