I consider myself primarily a workplace coach, although workplace issues and life issues often overlap. My professional education and extensive experience qualify me as a management and leadership expert, and I have worked in consulting and project management as well as in learning and development roles.

Coaching Style

I help clients who are at a career crossroads to gain clarity and insight into their talents, priorities, and career options. I partner with them to define a personal vision for their future and to create actionable strategies for becoming the next great version of themselves. I combine my experience and knowledge as a leader with a passion for helping others to develop their talents and achieve greater success and satisfaction through coaching, mentoring, and leadership.

Meet Mark

Mark Crouter is a leadership and career coach. He is an ICF-credentialed Professional Certified Coach, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and is certified in the Six Domains of Leadership Survey. Mark provides development and performance coaching to individuals in support of their professional, leadership, and career development goals.

In his earlier careers, Mark held technical and leadership positions at the MITRE Corporation and at two management and technology consulting firms supporting federal customers. He also served 21 years as a Naval Officer in a range of operational, staff, and leadership assignments.

Mark has a certificate in leadership coaching from Georgetown University; a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, a Master of Science degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, and a graduate certificate in information security management from The George Washington University.
