Meet Jamie

Jamie Gelbtuch (C’01) is an ICF PCC-credentialed executive and career coach with over 17 years of experience in coaching and training. As the founder of Cultural Mixology, she partners with global leaders and expatriates to navigate complex challenges, deepen self-awareness, and lead with confidence across cultures.

She has coached executives and emerging leaders across a wide range of industries including finance, technology, health care, consumer goods, and education. Her clients span corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors and are often navigating leadership transitions, career changes, multicultural environments, or seeking to expand their influence. Jamie is deeply committed to the people she coaches. She believes in their potential, helps them uncover meaningful strategies for overcoming challenges, and is just as invested in their values, purpose, and goals as they are.

She holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.S. from Georgetown. She completed her executive coaching certification at NYU and is a certified project management professional (PMP). In her spare time, she volunteers as a chairperson for Georgetown University’s Alumni Admissions Program in NYC and is an emeritus member of the Board of Advisors. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, with additional proficiency in Portuguese and basic Arabic, Jamie brings a culturally fluent, globally informed lens to every coaching engagement.

Coaching Fee Structure

Packaged rates are flexible, 15% discount for Georgetown alumni, 5% additional for GOLD alumni
