Club of Switzerland

Welcome to our Regional Club page. We look forward to seeing you in our beautiful alpine country.

The Georgetown Alumni Club of Switzerland serves as the bridge between Georgetown University keeping alumni, faculty, parents, and friends connected to the heart of the Hilltop. We are a chartered club of the Georgetown University Alumni Association (GUAA) and we are managed and operated entirely by alumni volunteers.

The alumni club is active throughout Switzerland, with two primary hubs in Geneva and Zurich. We organize events year-round, including social events, cocktail receptions, talks, museum visits and day trips. We also coorganize activities with other alumni clubs in Switzerland.

Georgetown University has also a strong presence in Switzerland with unique partnerships with local Universities. For example, the Global Health Law and International Institutions LL.M. (jointly offered by Georgetown Law School and the Graduate Institute in Geneva), the MPP/IOMBA Double Degree Program (jointly offered by the Georgetown University Public Policy Institute and the International Organizations MBA programme of the University of Geneva) and a Summer Study Abroad Program on Trade, Technology and Development in Geneva.

Aside from social activities, the club is committed to supporting the Georgetown Admissions Programme. Several of our alumni are already members of the volunteer interviewer committee. These volunteers help the university find the best applicants, and provide prospective students with a clearer picture of life on the Hilltop.

The Georgetown Alumni Club of Switzerland is a volunteer-driven organization. We welcome the participation of all alumni from every school. Please contact us using the email below.
