Georgetown University Alumni Association (GUAA) shall have the sole right and the sole decision-making authority, to be exercised at its sole discretion, without consultation with the submitting party or any other entity, regarding which submissions will be listed in, included in, renewed in, or removed from the GUAA Marketplace. This includes any content, images, or language in the GUAA Marketplace. Please note that not all submissions will be listed, including multilevel marketing accounts. Once approved and all subsequent setup has been completed, the submitting business will be able to participate in the GUAA Marketplace as one of the GUAA Marketplace Partners.

Please note that GUAA Marketplace Partners, and not the GUAA or the GUAA Marketplace itself, will be responsible for the fulfillment and collection of any revenues and relevant taxes for merchandise or services offered through the GUAA Marketplace.
