The Georgetown University Office of Advancement and Alumni Association is committed to fostering a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive community. The University is dedicated to an environment free from harassment and discrimination, and any incidents of bias, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated. All attendees must maintain respectful conduct and engagement with staff and fellow attendees, practice inclusion, and abide by all applicable University policies and relevant laws. This commitment also requires maintaining a safe and healthy environment by prohibiting smoking, other uses of tobacco products, controlled substances, and abuse of alcohol within all university buildings, on university property, or at university-sponsored events.

Failure to adhere to these expected behaviors may result in the immediate removal of the individual from the event and potential termination of eligibility for future participation in Georgetown University Alumni Association and Office of Advancement events.
