This form is for alumni volunteers to formally request access to Advancement applications for use in their duties as a club or class leader. Before submitting the form, please review the steps below. The form itself will only take a few minutes to complete. If you have questions, please contact

1. Before continuing, first determine which applications, listed on this page below, you need access to. If you are unsure, stop and first check with your club/class president or your staff liaison. Or, email
theGOdesk@georgetown.edu with your name, club/class, and your position, office, or title.
2. Review the training materials at
alumni.georgetown.edu/theGOdesk for the applications you are requesting and review the confidentiality agreement at
alumni.georgetown.edu/confidentiality.
3. Complete the form below.
4. Staff from the GO Desk team will email you within three full business days with your login credentials or to address any issues with your request. (Please note that if you are granted Email Marketing access, your login credentials will be accompanied by brief instructions for sending a test email that the GO Desk will review first, so plan extra time before you can send to your club/class.)
