Meet Linda

Linda Hardenstein is an accomplished career and leadership coach with extensive experience leading hundreds of professionals to develop their career improvement and searching skills and strategies. She’s worked with everyone, from college graduates to attorneys to senior vice presidents in start-ups, law, marketing, finance, media, biotech, information technology, operations, and human resources across corporations, nonprofits, associations and government agencies. Hardenstein worked her way up in the legal field to direct and manage large-scale, high visibility, multi-million-dollar programs. She offers guidance grounded in experience and utilizes exclusive assessments, doable strategies, and a calming presence that leads to meaningful transitions and leadership success. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco, served as president of the Central Coast Human Resources Association, and served as a board member of Leadership America. She received a leadership coaching certificate from Georgetown School of Continuing Studies and holds an ICF Professional Certified Coach credential.

All Georgetown alumni will receive a 15% discount on the pricing for coaching services listed below. GOLD Alumni receive an additional 5% discount.
