SUMMARY:Club of Wisconsin: Annual Meeting
DESCRIPTION:All attendees for in-person events must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or attest to having a religious or medical exemption. Attendees who attest to having an exemption or who are under the age of 12 will need to take a COVID-19 PCR test within 72 hours prior to the event and provide their negative test results. Attendees must show proof of vaccination (either print or digital) or negative test results when checking in at the event. In addition\, attendees must continue to comply with Georgetown public health guidelines as they evolve\, as well as CDC\, local\, state\, and venue guidelines at the location of this event. \n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHello Hoyas! \nWe had a great 2021\, thanks to all who attended our various events!  Next up is our Annual Meeting to plan out 2022.  Bruce Arnold has once again graciously offered to host us\, so anyone interested in gathering in person is welcome to join us!  A virtual option will also be available. \nANNUAL MEETING\nThursday\, March 24\, 2022\, 12:00 – 1:00 PM\nHusch Blackwell – NEW LOCATION!!\nThe Huron Building\n511 North Broadway\, Suite 1100\nMilwaukee\, WI 53202 \nPlease RSVP to armotl@gmail.com by Monday\, March 21 so that we have a headcount for lunch.  If you plan to attend virtually\, please request the link in your RSVP.  In addition to the Georgetown COVID-19 policies regarding in-person events\, please see the Husch Blackwell policy below. \nHusch Blackwell continues to be committed to safeguarding the health and well-being of our HB employees\, their families\, our clients\, and our communities. Based on that commitment\, the Firm has made the decision to prohibit onsite visits from unvaccinated individuals. “Fully vaccinated” is defined for visitors as being two weeks beyond receiving your final vaccination shot. While the University is taking steps to mitigate the risks to event participants\, the University cannot guarantee a COVID-19 free environment or eliminate the chance of infection and the health risks associated with it.
