SUMMARY:Club of D.C: Casual Bike Ride and Brewery Stop with BellRinger
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a casual morning bike ride on the Washington & Old Dominion Trail from Ballston to Caboose Brewing Company & Tavern. We’ll meet up at the Ballston Metro station and head out from there\, traveling through Arlington and Falls Church on our way out to Vienna. At the 10-mile mark\, we’ll stop for a round of drinks and snacks at Caboose (included in the event price) and head back the way we came for a scenic 20-mile ride. The ride will be guided by experienced local ride leaders\, and we’ll split into groups based on speed and ability level to ensure we stick together on the trail. \nThis ride is hosted by BellRinger\, Georgetown’s bike ride launching this year to raise funds for cancer research at Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center. \nPricing: $35 (non-members); $25 (members) \nWhat to Bring: Bike\, Helmet (required)\, Water Bottle \nPrerequisites: Participants must be aged 14 and older and should be comfortable riding a bike in a casual social setting. You do not need to be an avid cyclist to participate. \nWeather: The ride will take place rain or shine. \nRegister here
