What is the best career advice you have ever received?

Don't focus on products that customers want today; focus on products that customers are going to want five years from now and educate them to use them today.

What has been the most rewarding moment of your career?

It was a rewarding moment to be featured on ABC's Shark Tank with my brothers!

What trends do you see in your profession or industry?

Trends in Food and Beverage industry: Customers want all natural, wholesome ingredients in their products and low calorie, low sugar and low carb options. They also want to purchase from brands that have a story: either a mission based brand (i.e Tom's Shoes), or a feel good story, or a local aspect. Customers are looking for a value added experience that goes beyond product attributes.

What is the hardest thing you have ever had to do professionally?

Learning how to balance the highs and lows of being involved in an early stage, fast growth venture.

Who or what was your favorite professor or class at Georgetown?

I don't want to say I had a singular favorite professor at Georgetown, as so many of my professors on the Hilltop made a profound impact on my personal development. But two classes that stand out as I retrospectively look back are Consumer Behavior (with Professor Rebecca Hamilton) and Imagination & Creativity (with Professor Bob Bies). The only unfortunate thing about both of those classes is I'm pretty sure I got B-'s.

What is your favorite Georgetown memory?

So many! Three that stand out...1) Attending President Obama's 2012 inauguration as a freshman in the National Mall. 2) Beating Lafayette 38 - 7 at the 2015 Homecoming Football game. 3) All of the senior week traditions, Senior Ball at Union Station and Graduation memories with family, friends and teammates!

How has Georgetown shaped you?

I came to Georgetown in 2012 as an immature teenager, focused on myself and all things that revolved around my personal interests. Georgetown shaped me in to the person that I am today; *an immature 24-year old* but with an understanding of what it means to be part of community that extends far beyond personal interests, beliefs and desires. The Hilltop is a special place, and life outside Main Gates is filled with great learning experiences from alumni and campus connections. I've learned more in the past two years about life, business, friendships and even myself, from folks within the Georgetown Network, than I did in my four years as a student on campus.

Who is a source of inspiration and strength to you in your life and why?

My brothers; Jimmy and Jordan. They are my daily source of inspiration. They challenge me to be the best version of myself each day and they both lead by example in that regard. Their partnership, unconditional loyalty, and tough love, are what drives me to show up and work at the best of my ability.
