Regional Vice Chairs

What are other clubs doing? Do other clubs do anything like this? Are there best practices or guidelines?

The age-old question of best practices pops up regularly among our alumni club leaders. It's from this curiosity and a desire to learn from and better work with other alumni clubs that the idea for Regional Vice Chairs came to life!

We have four Regional Vice Chairs who are all experts in Georgetown Alumni Clubs and are representatives from the Board of Governors Alumni Clubs Committee. Each is assigned to a geographic region based on their personal understanding of the unique challenges that their region faces. Many have previously led various different clubs and all have in the past held leadership roles. As ambassadors of the Alumni Clubs Committee these Vice Chairs hold quarterly calls with their regions to discuss best practices and discuss topics of interest for their clubs.

In addition to their work with alumni club leaders, Vice Chairs are also always happy to answer questions from alumni. You can learn more about the Regional Vice Chairs by reading through their bios below!
