Biography:

Natalie (C'98) is an executive coach and strategy consultant with nearly 20 years of experience leading programs in the areas of leadership and professional development, strategy design, organizational change management, and communications for global firms. Over the last ten years, she has had the privilege of working alongside gifted leaders, facilitating executive-level workshops, leading 40+ person teams, and building inclusive communities. Natalie has worked with clients ranging from C-suite executives to emerging leaders in the public and private sectors. Natalie founded Parabola with a vision to embolden leaders and their organizations to change the world for good. Her focus is on helping clients become stronger leaders faster, as they discover and step into their full potential. She believes that leadership capacity, executive presence, and strong communication skills are the X-factors that propel leaders–and their organizations–to the next level. Natalie is certified through Georgetown University’s ICF-accredited Leadership Coaching Program, which is part of the Institute for Transformational Leadership. She holds an MBA from UMD’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, an MA from NYU, and a BA from Georgetown University.

Normal Fee Structure:

$15,000 for 6-month corporate engagement. $7,500 for 6-month nonprofit engagement. This fee includes up to 5 hours of coaching per month, as well as an assessment or series of stakeholder alignment conversations at the outset of the engagement.
